Great experience. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. Courtney was the best and showed me a bunch of different vehicles and we found exactly what I was looking for. Great experience. Highly recommend.

On 10/24/2026 Jayse Roberts had this to say:
My wife and I came to Toyota of Muncie to purchase a vehicle after standing around other dealerships and not being helped. It was honestly like the other dealerships didn’t care if we bought a car or not. At Toyota we met Nicholas Madden who was standing outside waiting to help us upon arrival. He was very patient and transparent about prices, reliability, and financing options, he took the time to listen to what we wanted and our concerns and eventually helped us purchase a 2026 Kia Sorrento. He made the process painless and enjoyable. 10/10 for his customer service and professionalism.
