As always, Toyota of Muncie goes above and beyond with every aspect of their business. Today, instead of service, I found myself in sales. Due to unforseen circumstances, I traded in my old vehicle for a new (to me) one. Dave Rhum was great with offering things within my given range of prices, and being honest about warranty on certain vehicles and what each one would mean for me. To the rest of the team, they were all amazing at even the small things like opening doors, and offering water or coffee. It was once noted how long I had been waiting and I explained I had been checked in with and that I was next. I highly recommend just being open and honest, and the whole team will work with you to get you into what you need and as close to what you want as possible.
